Roane authorities arrested Annette Marie Starcher, 31, and charged her with possession of stolen property, possession of marijuana and violating home confinement. She is in Central Regional Jail.
Brian Scott Blake, 35, of Braxton County, and Tammy Lynn Junkins, 34, of Gilmer County, were both charged with contempt of a family court order, and are incarcerated in Central Regional Jail. |
