The Calhoun Historical Society needs manpower and financial contributions as the group begins work constructing the chimney on the historic Stemple log cabin this month.
The cabin is one of several structures developed at Heritage Village at the Calhoun County Park, a main attraction for visitors to the county.
Work has progressed with the Stemple cabin's reconstruction, with the stone fireplace requiring funding and manpower to complete.
Tax deductible donations may be made to the Calhoun County Historical Society, P. O. Box 242, Grantsville, WV, 26147.
Contact Roger Jarvis 304-354-6398 or Bob Bonar 304-354-7507, for details on work dates and times.
