FAYETTE MAN STABS TEEN - A Fayette County man, 41-year-old Nathan Toney, is behind bars accused of stabbing a 16-year-old boy during a fight.
According to a press release from the Fayette County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded to a fight in Mossy around 11:30 p.m. Saturday evening.
When they got on scene, the teenager had a stab wound to the back.
His condition was unknown.
Toney tried to run from the scene and was later caught at a nearby Exxon gas station.
It is unclear why Toney and the teenager were arguing.
PARKERSBURG MAN CHARGED IN ROBBERY -
An 18-year-old Parkersburg man Richard P. Miller Jr. is charged with first degree robbery after police say he held another man at gunpoint and took his money and phone.
Police say a Mineral Wells man was a passenger in a parked-car shortly after 7 a.m. at the Erickson Sports Facility when Miller walked-up to the car and pointed a handgun.
They say Miller made the man get out of the car, hand-over his cash and cell phone, and then Miller took-off in the car with the woman who had been in the vehicle with the victim.
Police say those two know each other.
Shortly police caught up with Miller and arrested him.
