| A Clay County man has been arrested on sexual abuse charges.
Larry Fernatt, 73, has been charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian and sexual abuse, 3rd degree.
Brandie Leigh Arnett, 25, has been charged by Braxton authorities with delivery of a schedule IV controlled substance.
She is in Central Regional Jail with bail yet to be set.
