 Roane authorities have charged Nathan Lee Bissell, 33 (left) with multiple counts of sexual abuse.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $300,000.
Bissell is facing charges of sexual abuse 1st degree, sexual assault 1st degree (sexual intrusion), sexual abuse/sexual exploitation of a minor and incest.
Matthew Cubberly, 27, was arrested in Roane County and charged with delivery and possession of a controlled substance. He is in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $80,000. |
