Patricia Lou Bumgarner, 83, of Palestine, West Virginia, passed away on Friday, June 27, 2014 at Charleston Area Medical Center's General Division in Charleston, West Virginia.
She was born May 1, 1931 at Reedy, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Hosea D. and Carrie Burdette Bennett. She was a homemaker and attended the Southern Baptist Fellowship of Elizabeth.
Patricia is survived by her husband, Camden Bumgarner; her children, Camden Bumgarner, Jr. of Palestine and Deborah Kay Mick of Weirton, West Virginia; and a brother, Camden Joe Bennett, also of Weirton.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant son, David Bumgarner.
Services will be held at 1:00 pm on Monday, June 30, 2014 at the Southern Baptist Fellowship of Elizabeth with Pastor John Watkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Two Run Cemetery near Palestine. Visiting will be Sunday from 5:00 to 8:00 pm at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer, West Virginia and one hour prior to the service at the church.
