| WOMAN SHOT IN STOMACH - A Mercer County woman is in the hospital after State Police said she was shot in her stomach.
State Police arrested Rossley Garvin in the incident. He's being charged with malicious wounding, unlawful restraint and domestic battery. Garvin is being held at the Southern Regional Jail.
Police said they responded to a mobile home in Bluewell, where the incident happened.
Her condition at
Bluefield Regional Medical Center is not known.
HUNTINGTON SHOOTING - Huntington Police say Eric Bias, 32, of Huntington was shot multiple times, but his injuries do not appear to be life threatening.
Lt. John Williams says the shooter was in a small compact car, which took off from the scene.
Police are looking at security video from the Speedway on that corner to see if it has any footage of the incident.
The victim was undergoing surgery in a Huntington hospital.
MON COUNTY SHOOTING -
The Monongalia County Sheriff's Department deputies found a 40-year-old man with a gun shot wound to the head.
The victim was taken to Ruby Memorial Hospital for treatment. His injuries don't appear to be life threatening.
Pearl William Riggleman, 42, was charged with malicious wounding and felony possession of a firearm. Riggleman was transported to the North Central Regional Jail.
