A newly proposed rule greatly expanding the jurisdiction of the EPA will be discussed at the Wirt County Farm Bureau meeting on June 13 at 7 P. M. at the Wirt County Court House.
Staff from the West Virginia Farm Bureau state office will present information on how this new federal overreach will limit property rights. The EPA proposal will have negative effects on all businesses & industries - agriculture, forestry, home building, oil & gas and more.
