| Jane Ellen Knowlton, 78, of Spencer, West Virginia, passed away on Thursday, June 5, 2014 at Miletree Center in Spencer.
She was born May 26, 1936, a daughter of the late Oris Rae and Garnette Marie Warren Camp.
Jane formerly worked at G. C. Murphy and Kellwood and most recently worked at the Roane County Committee on Aging. Her pride was traveling and planning trips for the Spencer Travelers.
She is survived by two daughters, Donita R. Young of Ripley and Joellen M. Greenlee of Spencer; three grandchildren, Cierra D. Heath, Moriah E. Cross, and Forrest M. Greenlee; and a great-granddaughter, Lydia E. Cross.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Knowlton; a great-grandson, Gabriel J. Heath; and a brother, John L. Camp.
Service will be at 3:00 pm on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Taylor-Vandale Funeral Home in Spencer with Pastor Jeff Keffer officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. Visiting will be two hours prior to the service on Saturday.
