| Philip D. Carter, 37 of Chloe WV,
passed away on May 26th, 2014
at his parents home.
He was born in Ripley, WV on November
14th, 1976.
Philip is the son of Gene "Opie" and Irene Carter of Chloe.
Also surviving,
son Waylon Carter and stepson Jeffrey Stewart; two sisters Mary Warner of
Rosedale and Rhonda Bowen of Mudlick;
five nieces, four great nephews, numerous cousins,
aunts and uncles.
Philip was employed as a welder and was a long time member
of the Pipeliners Union. He attended church and
had recently been saved.
He was a cherished son, brother,
father and friend. Philip will be missed by many and
loved always.
Funeral services Saturday, May 31st at Stump Funeral Home in Arnoldsburg, starting at 11 a.m., Rev. Roger Carter officiating
with the burial at King Cemetary, Nicut.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11:00-1:00pm prior to the services.
