| A Wirt County man has been arrested and charged with malicious assault/wounding, domestic battery, and domestic assault.
Jacob Levi Shields, 31, was charged by Wirt authorities and is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $12,000.
A Braxton man, David Michael Tinney, 39, is in Central Regional Jail, charged with cultivation of marijuana. His bail is set at $10,000.
