| The Calhoun Sheriffs Department was called Monday to investigate what a homeowner said was a suspicious fire.
A cellar house close to the dwelling of Donald Starcher burned to the ground during the night, the homeowner discovering the loss when he got up Monday.
The residence is located on Rt. 16 south, not far from the Clay County line.
Calhoun Sheriff Carl Ballengee said he was requesting the State Fire Marshal to investigate. |
