In 30 years of West Virginia Lottery there has never been a year like 2014.
The state has already doubled the amount of million dollar winners they had last year.
"We've had a remarkable run for this to be only the fifth month of the year. We've already had 10 million dollar tickets sold in the state," said Randy Burnside, the Public Relations Manager with West Virginia Lottery.
