| A Roane County man, Brian Ray Boggs, 40, is facing multiple charges filed by Roane County authorities.
According to Central Regional Jail, Boggs is charged with domestic battery, making harassing phone calls, property destruction, domestic assault, obstructing police and resisting arrest.
Shawn Eugene Butler, 54, of Clay is in Central Regiional Jail for Domestic Battery and assault, among other charges.
His bond is set at $20,000.
Mark Duane Powell, 33, has been charged by Ritchie County authorities with driving revoked DUI and attempt to escape. He is in North Central Regional Jail.
