| Darlie D. Minney Schoolcraft, 76, of Dalton OH, passed away on April 4, 2014.
Born on Nov. 8, 1937, in Calhoun County, WV, to the late Ira and Mary Myrtle (Hess) Minney, she had been a resident of Dalton for 37 years.
She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church in Calhoun County, Darlie enjoyed gardening and spending time with her family and grandchildren and also loved to spend her Saturday evenings going to hear country music.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Melvin, in 2012; sisters, Rena Lambert, Ina Cottrell, Ena Allen and Cressie Hunt; brothers, Audie (Marie) Minney, Blake Seirs, Creed Seirs, Rennis Minney, Ressie Minney, C.A. (Sue) Minney and George (Wilma) Seirs.
She is survived by daughter, Patricia (Erik) Erb of Marshallville and grandchildren, Alyssa and Aidan Erb.
The family wishes to thank Dorma and Charlie Crites for being her friends and neighbors and looking after her so closely.
Funeral services were held at the Zak-Thacker & Monbarren Funeral Home, Dalton OH. A private inurnment will take place at Dalton Cemetery at a later date.
