| David Michael Leggett, 31, of Braxton County is facing felony charges of domestic battery, assault and possession with intent to delivery a controlled substance.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond not yet set.
Wesley Bradford Cruikshank, 21, has been charged by Roane County authorities with domestic battery and has been incarcerated in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
Andrew Shane Miller, 19, of Clay is in Central Regional Jail, charged with possession of a controlled substance, no prescription. Bond not set.
Isaiah Todd Murphy, 24, of Clay County, has been charged with entering without breaking, carrying a concealed weapon without a permit, possession of less than 15 grams of pot. He is charged with a felony and is in Central Regional Jail.
Ritchie authorities have charged Jimmy Lee Jones, 25, with failure to report an accident, obstructing, false report, no operators and conspiracy.
Jones is in North Central Regional Jail with bond set at $3,000.
