| A man has been arrested by Gilmer County authorities and charged with making threats of terrorists acts, obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.
William Ferrell Foster, 64, is in Central Regional Jail with bond yet to be set.
Roane County authorities have arrested Christopher Anderson, 36, and charged him with breaking without entering and petit larceny.
He is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $37,500. |
