Kaylee Jo Eis, 7, of Parkersburg, West Virginia, died Monday, March 10, 2014, in the Camden Clark Medical Center, Memorial Campus, Parkersburg.
She was born December 21, 2006, in Baltimore, MD, the daughter of Michael J. and Jamie L. Lesher Eis of Parkersburg.
Kaylee was a first grade student at Madison Elementary School, Parkersburg. She was also an active participant of the Blue Grass Riding Club, Spencer WV.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother, William Ethan Eis at home; paternal grandparents, Randall Eis of Escanaba MI and Monica Zender also of Escanaba MI; maternal grandparents, Douglas and Barbara Lesher of Spencer WV; paternal great grandmother, Patricia Leask of Escanaba, MI; maternal great grandmothers, Helen Lesher of Elkview WV and Opal Groves of Spencer WV.
A funeral service will be held Sunday, March 16 at 2:00 p.m. in the John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer, with Pastor Rick Perrine officiating. Burial will be in the Groves Cemetery, Looneyville. Friends may call at the funeral home two hours before the funeral.
