| High winds sweeping through the region Wednesday afternoon cut service by downed trees to 468 Calhoun customers and 246 Gilmer County customers.
Roane County had about 1,000 outages.
Minor power outages reported in other regional counties.
Power is expected to be restored rather quickly to most customers.
