The Ritchie County Sheriff's Department has arrested Scott James Hartshorn, 28, on drug charges.
Deputies have charged Hartshorn with operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and conspiracy to operate a clandestine drug lab.
He is being held in North Central Regional Jail on $60,000 bail. |
