Russell Willard Beard, 82, of Spencer WV, passed away March 2, 2014.
He is survived by a sister, Caroline Miller of Little Washington VA; four children, David P. Beard of Santa Ynez CA, William Beard of Raleigh NC, Stephen M. Beard of Jacksonville FL and Teresa A Newsome of Lake Worth FL; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
