Gary Lee Montgomery, 64, of Walton, West Virginia died February 20, 2014 at his home.
He was born January 26, 1950 in Parkersburg, West Virginia a son of the late Lawrence and Betty Ruth Reed Montgomery. He was a forester with Pocahontas Land Company and was a US Army veteran.
Gary is survived by one daughter, Grace Montgomery of Fresno, California; one son, Eli Montgomery of Rural Retreat, Virginia; one sister, Darlene Walker of Parkersburg, West Virginia; and three grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Gary Lee Montgomery, Jr.
Per his family's request, the body was cremated. There will be no service or visitation. TAYLOR-VANDALE FUNERAL HOME, Spencer is in charge of arrangements for the Montgomery family.
