Six felony cases are on Monday's Calhoun Circuit Court docket, Judge David W. Nibert presiding.
- Georgie Gaglione, 30, will be arraigned. She was indicted for operating and attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony; and one count of purchase, receipt, acquisition, and possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, a felony; two counts of exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing, both felonies; and conspiracy, a felony.
- Joshua Thomas Slider, 29,will be arraigned. He was indicted for operating and attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony; and one count of purchase, receipt, acquisition, and possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, a felony; two counts of exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing, both felonies and conspiracy, a felony.
- Melvin Howell, 56, will appear for sentencing. Howell was indicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver and delivery of a controlled substance, alleging that he sold Hydrocodone on March 30, 2012.
- Larry Dana Harold, 45, will appear for a pre-trial, with trial set for March 11. Harold was indicted on one count of attempt to commit burglary, a felony; destruction of property, a misdemeanor; trespass, first offense, a misdemeanor and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official, a misdemeanor. The allegations stem from an incident occurring on May 22, 2013 in Arnoldsburg.
- Richard Blake, 47, will appear for sentencing. Blake was indicted on one count of operating and attempt to operate clandestine drug laboratories, a felony; one count of possession and purchasing precursors to manufacture methamphetamine, a felony; and one count of exposing children to the manufacture of methamphetamine, a felony; and one count of conspiracy, a felony.
- Felicia Jarvis, 29, will appear for sentencing. Jarvis was indicted on one count of operating and attempt to operate clandestine drug laboratories, a felony; one count of exposing children to the manufacture of methamphetamine, a felony; and one count of conspiracy, a felony.
- Michael Duncan will appear for a hearing on a motion to modify bond.
- Nine juvenile cases.
