 Jo Budd, 75, died Wednesday, February 19, 2014.
She was born in Spencer on May 23, 1938.
Jo was preceded in death by her parents, Okey F. and Losa Wright Keen; two sisters, Ann Lowe and Carol Madge Anderson. She was also preceded in death by her beloved granddaughter, Christina Beth Josephi.
Jo attended Bible Center Church, Charleston until her move to Huntington. She retired from A.T. & T., with 30 years of service and was a lifetime member of the Telephone Pioneers of America.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Jeff Josephi of Charleston; grandson, James Josephi of Charleston; brother, Frank Keen of Spencer; sister, Bobbie Webb of Huntington; brother-in-law, Delbert Anderson of Derwood, MD.
At her request, there will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held Saturday, February 22 at 11:00 a.m. in the Clover Cemetery, Clover, with Pastor Bill Tanzey officiating.
Memorial donations are preferred to Hubbard Hospice House, 1001 Kennewa Drive, Charleston, WV 25311.
