| Walter H. Easton, 72, of Elizabeth WV, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by love on January 28th 2014.
Walter was born February 19th, 1941 in McFarland WV, where he also attended school. He enlisted in the Army in 1958 and proudly served his country for 6 years. Known lovingly by family and friends as Ben, on warm days you could find Ben and his wife sitting on the front porch swing enjoying life and laughter or see him working with the beautiful flowers surrounding his home.
Walter leaves behind his wife Charlotte Easton of Elizabeth; three sons, Walter (Jay), Gregory and Christopher all of Ravenna Ohio; 3 grandchildren, Caleb (Angelique) of Kenmore Ohio, Corrine and Audrina also of Ravenna Ohio; several nieces and nephews; a special niece Teresa Goodnight because she was always there for him.
He was preceded in death by both parents Walter T. Easton and Maude Duff Easton; one brother Raymond E. Easton; and one sister Shirley L. Doty (Paul).
The family would like to thank Hospice, neighbors and everyone who helped out during Ben's illness.
In accordance to Ben's wishes there will be no service. He will be cremated and buried at K of P Cemetery, Elizabeth, at the convenience of his family.
