A Ritchie County Nutter Fork bridge is closed after state inspectors declared it unsafe.
The West Virginia Division of Highways says the bridge over Goose Creek at milepost .11 on Ritchie County Route 50/34, Glendale Road is closed until further notice.
Inspectors found a structural condition that creates a safety concern.
Engineers are evaluating the condition and a decision on whether to re-open the bridge.
The bridge is among several hundred in West Virginia that have structural problems.
