| A Newport, Ohio man, John David Ragalyi, 27, whose purse snatching in Parkersburg's Grand Central Mall led to a series of events that injured a Parkersburg policeman, a Calhoun-connected officer, and the driver of a get-away car being shot to death.
Ragalyi was arraigned in Wood County Magistrate Court on one count of petit larceny and one count of fleeing on foot, one week after Steven Lewis Pfalzgraf, 24, of Parkersburg was shot and killed by Parkersburg Police Detective P.M. Edelen.
