A Calhoun man has been charged in Clay County with daytime burglary, breaking and entering.
Eric Ray Jones, 21, of Chloe, is in Central Regional Jail with bond set at $10,000.
Jones was charged in January, 2013, in Calhoun by Trooper J. A. Newman of Grantsville with daytime burglary.
A criminal complaint says Jones took a Savage rifle, money estimated at $120 and some ammunition from the residence of Roger Metz on South Calhoun Highway. He was indicted on the charges.
Jones faced earlier charges in Calhoun related to the alleged burglarizing of his parents home and taking pain medication from an elderly persons house.

A Braxton County man has been charged with sexual abuse by a parent or guardian.
Terry Camden Cutlip, 38, is in Central Regional Jail, with bond set at $50,000.
