An arraignment is set for Tuesday in Calhoun Circuit Court for Corey Lee Metheney, 33, of Chloe, who has been indicted on two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, or custodian, both felonies, according to prosecutor Shannon Johnson.
Metheney has also been indicted on two counts of sexual assault in the first degree, both felonies and two counts of sexual abuse in the first degree, both felonies.
It is alleged that Metheney sexually abused two children during November of 2012. The case was investigated by Trooper D.C. Moore of the West Virginia State Police.
Also as a result of the same incidents, Angel Bowers, 28, was indicted on two counts of child neglect creating risk of injury, both felonies; and two counts of failure to report child abuse, both misdemeanors.

Also appearing for arraignment is Larry Dana Harold, 45, who was indicted on one count of attempt to commit burglary, a felony; destruction of property, a misdemeanor; trespass, first offense, a misdemeanor and impersonation of a law enforcement officer or official, a misdemeanor. The allegations stem from an incident occurring on May 22, 2013 in Arnoldsburg.
Harold was sentenced to prison for charges filed in Clay County.

Set for sentencing Tuesday is Jerry Glenn McKown, who entered into a plea agreement related to the operation of a clandestine meth lab.
The docket lists first appearances for:
- Georgie Gaglione, 30, indicted for operating and attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony; and one count of purchase, receipt, acquisition, and possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, a felony; two counts of exposure of children to methamphetamine manufacturing, both felonies; and conspiracy, a felony.
- Joshua Thomas Slider, 29, indicted for operating and attempt to operate a clandestine drug laboratory, a felony; and one count of purchase, receipt, acquisition, and possession of substances to be used as a precursor to manufacture methamphetamine or another controlled substance, a felony; two counts of Exposure of Children to Methamphetamine Manufacturing, both felonies and conspiracy, a felony.
- Leon Kerby, II, 27, indicted on one count of child abuse resulting in injury, a felony. The alleged incident occurred on April 29, 2013.
Tuesday's docket also lists 10 juvenile cases.
