Robert Blain Reip, 68, of Mt. Zion, WV, died September 11, in CAMC General Division following
a long illness.
Born in Calhoun County, he was a son of Mrs. Vada Parsons Reip of Orma, WV and the late
Dalton Reip, Sr. He was a machinist in the mine maintenance industry.
Surviving in addition to his mother are three sons and their wives, Richard and Denise Reip of
Richwood, WV, Robert and Donna Reip of Reedy, WV and Ronald and Suzanne Reip of
Spencer, WV; two daughters and their husbands, Tammy and Robert Cadle of Orma, Tara and
Ronnie Laughlin of Grantsville, WV and their sister, Tiwanna Dunn and her husband Chris of
Panama City, FL; our mother and best friend, Shirley Riley of Spencer; one brother, Dalton
Reip, Jr. of Orma; two sisters, Emmajean Conley of Connellesville, PA and Jewell Hersman of
orma; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at Stump Funeral Home, Arnoldsburg, WV.
Interment will be in the Reip Cemetery at Orma. Friends may call at the funeral home from
11:30 a.m. Friday until the time of service.
