| Wyvonda Ruth Nicholson Turner, 77, of Grantsville, passed away December 14, 2013 at Genesis Healthcare, Glenville Center following a long illness.
Born at Exchange WV September 30, 1936, she was a daughter of the late Wilbert and Ona White Nicholson.
She is survived by daughters Theresa Collins and Brenda Turner of Grantsville; grandchildren Shane Checkan of Dalton, GA, George Checkan III of Bloomfield IA, Christopher Collins of Grantsville, Gary Collins of Grantsville, Eddie Ackley of Martinsburg WV, Gary Lee Ackley of Grantsville and Megan Clay of Spencer; one sister Charlotte McDonald of Spencer as well as several great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death, in addition to her parents by sisters Alma Freed and Betty Wilson; brothers Bobby Lee Nicholson and Charles Nicholson.
Graveside services will be held Thursday December 19, 2013, 11:00am, at the Hunt Cemetery. |
