A Clay County woman, Trina Joanne Morris, 36, has been felony charged with forgery, uttering and conspiracy.
Morris is in Central Regional Jail, with bond yet to be set.
Roane County authorities have arrested David Douglas Fields, 44, and charged him with DUI, no insurance, and a left of center violation. He is in Central Regional Jail, with bond yet to be set.
Charlotte Mae Hanshaw, 55, of Clay, is in Central Regional Jail, felony charged with destruction of property. Bond has not been set.
