Car fire spreads to hillside on Barr Hill
A vehicle was completely destroyed by fire Monday night on Barr Hill, Rt. 16, near the entrance to Calhoun County Park.
The Grantsville VFD responded to the fire at 6:35 p.m.
The vehicle was lodged against the hillside and caught leaves on fire, with firemen quickly putting out the blaze.
The Upper West Fork VFD responded to a vehicle fire at 4:33 a.m. on Rt. 16, Stinson, near the mouth of Cadle Run.
