| Mildred Patricia Radcliff age 89 of Parkersburg, West Virginia, departed this life at 10:30 a.m., Thursday, November 14, 2013 in the Ohio Valley Nursing Home, in Parkersburg.
Born April 30, 1924 in St. Anthony, Idaho, daughter of the late Ralph and Rowland Kennedy.
Mrs. Radcliff was a graduate of St. Anthony High School, she worked different jobs during her years as a secretary, and worked for senior citizens when she moved to Parkersburg from Michigan, where she made her home for many years. Mildred was a great person who was loved by all who knew her.
On March 21, 1944 she was united in marriage to Olen H. Radcliff, who preceded her in death on July 2, 2010.
Surviving are 2 sisters-in-law, Mary Emerson, and Thelma Radcliff; 9 nieces, Jeanie Matheny, Patty Burkhamer, Betty Luzier, Connie Clark, Pat Hartline, Marilou Lybarger, Jeanie Swanson, Wanda Lee, Louise Pettit; 7 nephews, Danny Bonnett, Ronnie Bonnett, Terry Bonnett, Larry Radclif, Ronald Carr, Jack Emerson, and Joe Emerson.
Along with her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 4 brothers, Authur Kennedy, Charles Kennedy, Frank Kennedy, and Warren Kennedy; and 1 sister, Marie Kennedy Craig.
Graveside Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. in the Carder Cemetery, Vadis, WV on November 18, 2013 with Pastor Bryon Bukovesky officiating.
