Janet R. Davidson, 62, of Big Springs, West Virginia, passed away November 14, 2013.
She was born December 2, 1950, in Big Springs, the daughter of the late Hollie Burrows and Oma (Richards) Burrows.
Janet worked 22 years as a cook for the Calhoun County Board of Education. She was enjoyed by many as a member of the Burrows Sisters singing gospel trio.
She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Roy Davidson; two daughters, Tresea Davidson and Lisa Davidson McDonald (Ryan McDonald) of Monmouth ME; two grandchildren, Cody McDonald and Andrea McDonald; two brothers, Larry and Jeanette Burrows of Big Springs, Gary and Sherry Burrows of Parkersburg WV; two sisters, Jean and Lester Jones of Big Springs and Shirley Haught of Parkersburg WV.
She was preceded in death by two brothers, Dewayne and Bobby Burrows, one sister, Pamela Lynn; and one grandchild, Alexis Marie McDonald.
She was cremated per her request and private services were held.
