MAN KILLED OVER DOG - State Police in Wayne County say an argument between neighbors over a dog turned deadly.
Ronnie Gunther, 56, of Fort Gay was arrested Wednesday night after police say he admitted to shooting his neighbor, 55-year-old William Jennings Ward. Ward was dead at the scene.
Police say Gunther thought that Ward's dog had mauled his dog more than a year ago and Gunther was still angry about the incident.
Gunther is charged with murder and is in Western Regional Jail without bond.
MASON CO. HOLDUP - Police responded to a robbery Friday night at a gas station on W.Va. 62 just outside of Mason, Mason County.
911 dispatchers say the robbery happened at Fast-for-You station. No injuries reported.
CABIN CREEK WOMAN STABBED -
Kanawha County sheriff's deputies say a Cabin Creek woman walked into CAMC General Hospital with stab wounds to her stomach Friday.
The woman said she was stabbed at a home in Cabin Creek and drove herself to the hospital.
