| A Roane County man died in a two-vehicle collision on US 33 in Jackson County at 7 a.m. Wednesday.
The Jackson County Sheriff's Office says the person dead in the crash is Skyler Haynes, 20, of Spencer.
Haynes was heading west on Route 33, when he crossed the center line and hit a truck head-on. He died at the scene.
The driver of the truck was not hurt.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
