WV MUSIC HALL OF FAME CEREMONY FEATURES CALHOUN SINGER AUTUMN BLAIR, LANDAU MURPHY

Calhoun High School student Autumn Blair, now starring in a reality TV show "Chasing Nashville," will appear with West Virginia's Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. at the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony.

The show will include 2013 inductees Melvin Goins, Tim O'Brien, Peter Marshall and Wayne Moss, in addition to Mollie O'Brien, Curtis and Friendly Womack of the Valentinos, opera singer Betsy Bare and Shayla Leftridge.

"We're excited to have Landau and Autumn performing," said Hall of Fame Director Michael Lipton. "In addition to honoring West Virginia musicians who have long-standing careers, the West Virginia Music Hall of Fame's mission is to recognize and encourage up-and-coming musicians."

The induction ceremony is set for Nov. 16 at the Culture Center Theater in Charleston. The doors are scheduled to open at 7 p.m., and the program will start at 7:30 p.m.

The event is the fifth class of WV Hall of Fame inductees.

The 2013 inductees are: Melvin and Ray Goins, Marshall, Moss, Tim O'Brien, Ada "Bricktop" Smith, Eleanor Steber and The Swan Silvertones. Murphy will receive the 2013 Spirit Award.
