A 103-year-old Normantown woman has passed.
Wynona "Winnie" Brannon Stalnaker of the Grass Run Community died November 2nd at her home surrounded by family.
Winnie was a homemaker who spent most of her life caring for her family.
Born January 20, 1910 on Grass Run, Gilmer County, Winnie was the daughter of the late O. A. and Goldye Brannon Collins.
Winnie was a member of the Hardman Fork Baptist Church where she attended faithfully until at the age of 98, her declining health prevented regular attendance.
A devout Christian, Winnie gave years of her life to the church, her family, and her community.
Funeral Services will be conducted at the Ellyson Mortuary Inc. in Glenville at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday with Elder Richard Westfall officiating.
Burial will follow in the Meadow Lane Cemetery, Glenville.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
