A Roane County man is facing multiple charges and is currently being held on $97,500 bond on charges in Roane and Jackson County.
Stephen Douglas Kent, 42, has been charged with possession and distribution of pornography to minors, fraudulent use of ATM card, numerous worthless checks and picked-up on a capias warant.
