| Infant Chase Michael Enoch, passed away October 15, 2013 at Pittsburgh Children's Hospital, in Pennsylvania.
He was born September 23, 2013 the son of Shaun Enoch and Connie Cunningham both of Elizabeth WV.
He is survived by brothers and sisters, Rebecca Lockhart, Shane Boyce, Christian Boyce, Nicholas Cunningham, and Lexie Enoch; grandparents Dianna (Tom) Rader of Grantsville WV, Terry Greene of Brooksville FL and Lloyd Enoch of Munday WV; several aunts and uncles; special Friends Marie Dior and Brenda Nichols both of Grantsville WV.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather Dale Cunningham and uncle Eric Enoch.
Services will be Sunday at 2:00 p.m. at Matheny Whited Funeral Home of Elizabeth WV. Visitation will be from noon until time of service. Interment at K of P Cemetery.
