| Onnie Coe Starcher, Jr., 81, of Spencer, West Virginia, died Thursday, October 10, 2013, in the Roane General Hospital, Spencer.
He was born August 8, 1932, at Linden, a son of the late Onnie and Judy McCune Starcher.
Onnie was a retired electronics technician and a former auto mechanic. He was a member of the Linden Lodge No. 83, A.F. & A.M., Linden and a U.S. Air Force veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Starcher; children, Onnie C. Starcher, III of Newton WV, David Paugh of Prince George VA and Summer Cook of Monroe GA; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Westfall of Bossier City LA and Naoma of Sandusky OH.
There will be no visitation or service.
