ANGRY MAN FIRES SHOTS IN HUNTINGTON - A Huntington man who fired shots at a car rental business is angry at just about everybody, including the rental company that declined to rent him a car, according to WCHS-TV.

Enterprise Rent-a-Car employees were shocked and scared when they said a man came into the store yelling and armed, but the situation ended quickly with the arrival of police.

No one was injured.

WCHS-TV reported, "Armed, angry and seemingly unremorseful, Clay Slash said not only is he not sorry for firing off his gun in the middle of a busy Huntington street, he plans to go back to the scene of the crime."

"Just as soon as I make bond, I'm going to be up there and I'm going to woop your (EXPLETIVE)," he said.

"I want to go to jail," he said. "I'm tired of women."

The man allegedly threatened to kill an employee inside the store, then went outside, yelling and firing off his weapon.

When asked if he was sorry, Slash said "No, I would do it again."

He is facing six felony charges.

The last charge was after Slash allegedly threatening to kill the arresting officer and "his entire family" after being arrested.

UPSHUR CO. MURDER - A Mexican restaurant owner in Upshur County is scheduled to be arraigned on murder charges.

Mexican national Roldolfo Villagomez "Chino" Correa, 33, was indicted by a grand jury on murder and conspiracy charges.

Correa, Jessie Lee Heater, 29, of Buckhannon, and Robert Eugene Siron III, 31, of Weston, allegedly conspired to kill Joshua Oberg in January 2012.

Heater shot Mr. Oberg with a handgun and stabbed him, according to the complaint, after which the man's body was buried.

LEWIS ARMED ROBBERIES - Sheriff's deputies in Lewis County are investigating two early morning armed robberies.

The latest one happened just before 3:00 a.m. Thursday morning at the Jane Lew Truck Stop when a man walked in with a black hand gun and left with the cash.

The earlier incident happened at 3:20 a.m. Tuesday morning, at the 7-11 pantry store in the same area.

The suspect in this case was also armed with a black hand gun and left the store with an unknown amount of cash.
