Michael Wayne Parrish, 36, is in Central Regional Jail, currently charged with being a fugitive, obstructing police, giving false information, driving while suspended or revoked.

Records indicate Parrish had been charged in Texas for theft and on drug charges.

Parrish's bond has been set at $255,600.
