SHOOTING WITH MAN BEING RUN DOWN - Two men are in jail after Cabell County Sheriff's Deputies say one man shot at the other with a rifle and the other ran the first man over with his car.
The criminal complaint says Jared Cody Holley, 23, of Lesage, drove through Kevin Robert Montgomery's back yard and ran him over.
Media says Montgomery, 46, also of Lesage, shot a .22 caliber rifle at Holley's car as it drove away from his house. One of the shots shattered the glass of the rear window of Holley's vehicle.
Holley is charged with unlawful wounding, and Montgomery faces two charges of wanton endangerment involving a firearm.
Both are lodged at the Western Regional Jail.
CHARLESTON STABBING -
Charleston Police are investigating a stabbing that happened Sunday at The Renaissance Circle Apartments.
Paul Brown stabbed Nathaniel Youngblood with a pair of scissors with Youngblood being the boyfriend of Brown's mother.
Police say Brown was under the influence of drugs during the fight.
Youngblood is believed to have suffered minor injuries to his hand and back.
Brown has been charged with malicious wounding
