Lena Lunsford, the mother of a missing Lewis County girl, has been released on probation again following her third arrest for violating terms of her probation.
U.S. District Judge John Preston Bailey heard the case in Wheeling whether to revoke Lena Lunsford's probation permanently following her latest arrest.
Lunsford has been warned repeatedly to stay away from a convicted felon who fathered what will be her eighth child that she met at a halfway house after her release from prison.
Lunsford had served eight months for welfare fraud.
Her 3-year-old daughter Aliayah disappeared from their Lewis County home in September 2011, never to be found. |
