Lena Lunsford, the mother of a missing 3-year-old Lewis County girl, will remain in jail after violating her probation for a third time.
U.S. Magistrate James Seibert has revoked Lunsford's probation.
The magistrate said that Lunsford was "sternly warned" about imprisonment and a contempt-of-court after her second arrest last month.
Lunsford was warned numerous times to stay away from a convicted felon who fathered her eighth child, yet to be born.
Lunsford served eight months in jail for welfare fraud.
