The annual Creston Homecoming will be held Sunday beginning at 1 p.m. at the Creston Community Building.
Organizer Betty Bish says former residents and the general public are welcome to attend the event.
The restored school building now stands as a pillar in the rural village, a product of lots of fundraisers and volunteer work hours.
Bish annual fundraisers, from the Creston Poker Run to auctions, helps maintain the community building and grounds.
"Then community building has events and parties year 'round, including Christmas, Easter, Veterans Day and Halloween," said Bish.
"Come out and join us on this day of visiting friends and family and remembering old times," she said.
