| Melinda Sue Cox, 47, of South Charleston, died July 27, 2013.
She was born October 23, 1965 in Charleston, the daughter of David Cox of Walton and Judith Bell Cox of South Charleston.
In addition to her parents, survivors include her brother, Rodney Cox of Walton; step mother, Kim King of Walton; step brother, Keith King of Huntington; grandparents, Frank and Jane George of Speed.
There will be a gathering of family and friends to remember and celebrate her life at the First United Methodist Church, 905 Glendale Avenue, South Charleston from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, August 3. Burial will be in the Canterbury-Droddy Cemetery, Walton.
The family requests that memorial donations be made to the Roane County 4-H Foundation, P.O. Box 105, Spencer, WV 25276.
