HUNTINGTON SHOOTING - A Huntington man shot to death has been identified as Lorenzo M. Craig, 25, originally from Detroit. Police say Craig was found dead in a grassy area near a bar Poppy' near Hal Greer and 8th Avenue.
Police say Craig had been in the bar, but his shooting was not connected to the establishment.
At the time of the shooting, witnesses say they heard gun shots and saw a man running. Police are investigating.
MAN CAUGHT FOLLOWING BANK HOLD-UP -
William Spencer Farley, 25, was arrested Friday in connection with an armed robbery earlier that day at City National Bank along U.S. 60 in Barboursville, according to a criminal complaint.
The hold-up happened at 1 p.m. when
a man pulled out a firearm, pointed it at a teller and demanded cash. The suspect fled with $3,007 in cash.
Police said the suspect was seen earlier at another bank in Barboursville, according to the complaint.
Farley was taken to the Western Regional Jail. His bond was set at $250,000.
